Set Union
Definition
The union of two sets \(A\) and \(B\) is defined as the set of all elements in either \(A\) or \(B\) (or both):
\[ A \cup B = \{x \in \mathcal{U} : x \in A \ \text{or} \ x \in B\}.\]
